Admission Arrangements

Children are able to join us at any time in the year (as long as we have places available).  If it is a change of school within BANES, then we prefer for a child to start at the beginning of a new term.

If you are interested in a place at our school, please contact the School Office to check if places are available and to discuss the admissions process.  We can also arrange a visit to school to see us in action.

Admissions to Reception for September 2021

Admissions to our Reception classes for September 2021 will be administered by our Local Authority, Bath and North East Somerset.   The closing date for these admissions was 15 January 2021.  Late applications and appeals should still be directed to Bath and North East Somerset, up to 5 September 2021.  Their phone number is 01225 394312 and more information can be viewed at  http://www.bathnes.gov.uk/services/schools-colleges-and-learning/admissions-schools.  After 5 September 2021, please contact the School's Office at office@castleprimary.uk.
